TWAM, charity for April-June
Tools with a Mission (TWAM) is a Christian Charity that collects unwanted usable tools, refurbishes them, and sorts them into trade tool kits for livelihood creation. Their mission is to empower people and groups in need, offering them a way to put poverty in the past and begin
their own sustainable careers. In doing so, TWAM also enriches local UK communities through volunteering opportunities and waste reduction, contributing to environmental sustainability.
The refurbished tools supply over 500 organisations in the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa (Zambia, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Malawi, and Burundi) helping young people in particular to access new skills, thus enabling them to find

National Star
We have had a thank-you card from National
Star, our charity for the first quarter of the year, for
our donation of £500. The card and ‘certificate’ are
on the notice-board in the porch.
